For You

Although Sale-a-bration has ended.  I made a few cards using the Happy Moments set.  Here are just a couple to start with and I will show the rest soon.

The first is using the little bird cage stamp.  I love the colour scheme red, black and white.  It always looks so striking.  This is a very plain card that looks great.

Supplies:
Stamps: Happy Moments
Card: Basic Black, Whisper White and Real Red
Ink: Basic Black
Accessories: Black Button (non SU, from stash) and Real Red Grosgrain Ribbon
Tools: Birds & Swirls Embossing Folder

The second card I had something else in mind however once I started it kind of turned out slightly different.  But that's okay.  I like it.  I cut an aperture out and stuck the image to the other side of the card.

Supplies:
Stamps: Happy Moments
Card: Whisper White, More Mustard, Old Olive, Rose Red and Not Quite Navy
Ink: Basic Black
Accessories: Old Olive Grosgrain Ribbon and Blue Buttons (non SU, from stash)
Tools: Labels Nestabilities and Swiss Dots Embossing Folder

Flight of the Butterfly Set

I bought some class instructions from the very talented Jenny Moors to make a set of cards and a box using the bella bleu papers and flight of the butterfly set.  I love the bella bleu papers and go so well with the butterflies.

I didn't get round to making the box.  No doubt I'll get round to it one day!  I did make the four cards.

Aren't they pretty??
